I installed the NZ Thomson image three months back now and it has been working fine ever since. Don't know how I coped without my TiVo. NZ TV is soooooo awful that it is only livable if you can skip past the huge number of ads.
Having hacked my TiVo when I was in the UK to upgrade the drive, install ethernet, TiVoweb and so on manually, the OZTiVo install was so much better since all the good stuff came pre-installed. I forget where I got the ISO, on the NZ TiVo site somewhere (I live in NZ) and it works well although the PC that does the initial imaging of the drive needs to be pretty old. I couldn't use my AMD64 box and had to source an old (scrapped actually) PIII box.
