Hi Wayne,
I've seen messages on the mailing list saying that restarting TiVoWeb (something you do using TiVoWeb) fixes issues such as this.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Dave.
Hello,
I get this error message on "info" page of the Tivoweb server:

I am running the latest image, I am not getting any info showing on the "grid" page. I have done indexing and reboots. I know the guide data is there because my Season Pass is functioning on screen (as shown in the TODO lists). Also my guide banner is always showing 'upcoming' programs not the present program...any clues?
thanks,
Wayne

Yes I did try restarting TivoWeb, but late last night I found another solution. I manually loaded the slice data and all seems fine now. I guess my data became corrupted somehow (it is still only a week old machine for me, and I'm climbing the learning curve).
After manually loading the slice files and indexing I have the grid back (although I note this morning that the "LifeStyle" channel has no guide info)....
cheers,
Wayne
