It looks like you are missing the record in the database? This is unusual as it appears in the standard OzTiVo image. You can check this by using the "MFS" module under TivoWeb. If you browse through the database and check that you have a record for "/Component/Ir/TivoFormat/30001". If you are missing this then you can alter the script to create it, or simple change the 30001 for one of the records that do exist. It is sometimes easier to go through the GuidedSetup and select a STB and write down one of the numbers displayed in the list and use this instead.
