If they are b8 software units ensure that when you start them up you get white text on the "Almost there" screen saying "Loading Ticketmaster". If you get red text saying "not loading ticketmaster" it means at some point they have not had a clean shutdown and this will cause a b8 unit to not get guide data.
The official word from the software guys is that a "Restart TiVo" from the settings menu should fix a b8 saying "not loading ticketmaster". Don't simply pull the power plug as that is not a clean shutdown.
The above is ONLY for a 11.3b8 software unit. 11.3b10, which are the majority of TiVos that got the last version of the software update before TiVo switched off their server on November 15 2017, does not require Ticketmaster and therefore does not have this issue.
