Yes. Although summarising/repeating your problems in the same post as the station_debug output would make it a bit easier.
Is your problem that you don't get guide data for channel 61 (Prime7) although you do get guide data for channel 6 (Prime7)?

You're welcome. Unfortunately we don't seem to have many experienced active volunteers left, as far as I know.

Is it likely we will never see the regional stations program guide data, due to the complexity of there being so many?

In the short term, probably not (I think I/we have done all the easy stations). In the long term, probably.
I've had some trouble with the experiments I was trying (hoping to get Prime7 HD), so I don't expect to make progress with new stations like Prime7 HD in the short term.

Should I change the base postcode I still have in (2000) to my own of 2450 to see if it is working now?

No. Firstly, changing your postcode within Australia will not change what guide data your tivo sees (that may happen in the long term, but if/when it does, I will let people know in these oztivo forums and update twiki). Secondly, postcode 2450 currently does not work with OzTiVo. If you are in NSW, stick with postcode 2000 until further notice.
