The "they did get [GWN7] for a while" bit is interesting news to me.
I have found a tivoid number which is not configured now but I think was configured earlier, so I have put that (back) into the database.
If you are in regional WA, try connecting to tivo service again tomorrow (after midnight AWST) and see if GWN7 guide info appears a few hours later.

Still no GWN guide David.
Thanks for trying David. Clutching at straws, is it worth trying a new guided set up?
Has this issue been fixed as yet?
I turned my TiVo off in Feb when I couldn't get GWN7, keen to try again if it's now fixed.
G'day Cashie,
Sorry to hear you haven't been using your Tivo since Feb.
Don't you get any other stations down there besides GWN?
This thread has been quiet for awhile. I just wonder if David might have some fresh ideas a few months down the track.
Let's see what can be done.
I have gone back and looked at this again. I do have a new idea now (unless it is just old idea that I've forgotten I tried before).
Are you located near Mandurah (in a tv reception sense)?
We currently have 2 stations called GWN7 defined for Regional WA (excluding Perth & Mandurah), I think I will start with deleting one of those GWN7 stations and get people in regional WA (like cashie) to see if it makes a difference.
I have made some changes to GWN7 for what oztivo calls "Regional WA", although it won't be visible until tomorrow (Monday 14 Jan) after you connect to tivo service (or wait until it happens automatically some time during the day).
I am hoping this will change GWN7 guide data from not working to working for TiVos in so-called "Regional WA".
