lost TivoWebPlus again!

I have a US Philips series 1 with 3.0-01.1.000 software installed. It got hit with lightening a year or so back and I had it rebuilt by dvrupgrade. It is running well enough but i have lost TivoWebPlus several times. I am unable to connect thru the web but I can FTP and Telnet. I reloaded TWP and extracted it in /var/hack but checking tivoweb.log I get---"retrying after errTmActiveLockConflict ". I am in the US by the way.

Hi, we specialise in support for TiVo's running the OzTiVo image in Australia which loads TWP by default and is likely setup a little differently to you.

In general TWP does fall over due to the event bug in V3.0 of the US image, the error message you receive is fairly common. A reboot usually fixes it.

If this does not help, you would be best asking for support on dealdatabase.com or tivocommunity.com as they are designed for US users.
