1TB HDD Question/s

I installed a 1TB WD EARS HDD on Thursday. 99% OK but I have a question for those who may have done a similar upgrade.

When it's quiet, or if I place my ears close to the TiVO, I can hear the hard drive moving. ... vibration from the HDD moving, being transfered through its casing and the Tivo box. ..

I bought some of these and used the rubber rings between the chassis and the HDD frame. They seem to have done the trick.
