GWN-WA Missing Data

Hi,

I have been downloading GWN-WA data successfully for some time now but all of a sudden there appears to be no current data, is there something I could be doing wrong?

Anytime you do not have data, it is always worth checking our guide website to see where the issue is.

In this case, our main source is missing a lot of data, so we have not been able to autoload this data.

We have been asking users to manually add the missing data to our website.

The source has been informed, but at this stage we do not know when new data will be supplied by them.

Sorry to open again, I am having a similar problem with WIN-WA. The guide says that it is 100% filled except for the last day but my xml downloader says there is no data. When I have a look at the WIN-WA files in www.oztivo.net/xlmtv I notice that there are only files up to 2010-01-09, is this a similar problem?

All good now, I see the data has been updated and I am getting tv data again. Thanks!

It takes a while to process though the system.

If you take a look at the bottom of the guide page it will tell you when it has finished.
