guided setup failing?

I just got my free upgrade to Saturn Digital from Analog so I needed to run guided setup to change the post code etc. I tried to do a rerun guided setup but it didn't work so I booted and it tried again but as soon as I hit select it went to the TiVo main menu.

I had quite a lot of stuff recorded but decided I would just do a clear everything and run guided setup because I have done that a couple of times before. That was a mistake because now I have no data and still it goes to the main menu after the first time it asks you to hit select.

Is there a way to force guided setup or something? Is this a known issue with the latest nztivo image?
