Yes, because you will be using the Audio/Video (A/V) input to connect the Sky box to the TiVo. Therefore it does not matter if the TiVo you choose is an ex-USA model and therefore unable to receive "normal" stations via a traditional type TV antenna as the Sky box will do the receiving for you.

Of course, if you also wanted to receive TV via antenna in addition to the Sky box you can do that too, but you will either need to get an ex-USA Series 1 TiVo with a PAL tuner retrofitted, or buy an ex-UK "Thompson" TiVo that already has a PAL type tuner factory fitted, but these are much more expensive and much more rare than an ex-USA Series 1 TiVo.
