I seem to have a constant fight with the tivo trying to get it to change channels correctly.

I'm using the Motorola tcl script found at vtivo.net for IR codes.
I have TunerDigitDelay set to 150, but have upped ad downed it to try and resolve the problem, but to no avail.

Can anybody give me some advice to get it working properly
