I'm planning on using OzTivo XMLTV data for use in a commercial environment - i.e. we're not selling the data itself - but the free commercial mobile app (ad-supported or other income) which uses the data. Is this classified as commercial? Is it legal? Sorry I'm just not clear and not sure where to ask.
