I'm still stuck. If I run irslicecreator now, I'm getting "unable to connect to device, connection refused" error whenever I try to capture or test a code.

This is despite killing switcherstart and any IR processes first.

I'm really getting fed up now!!

I've ordered a pronto neo from the US to capture the codes. So I hope the tivo is capable of handling the codes for the flinders box.

I'm this far away from ripping the hard drive out of the tivo and starting all over again!! In any case, my turbonzet card arrived last week and it may be easiest just to start over again with a new image?
