Repair of TIVO

Hi,
not sure if I am putting this in the right spot or not? My father in law's TIVO is not starting up. looks like hard disk has failed. it is an old PTV300 we got in 2006 as a unit from South Australia. Tried to link t Darren on the forum but link not working. Is there anyone who can replace the hard drive and load up the software again please.
