    TiVo intends to write custom software to pluck out the CRID auto-correct details

    Stumbled over this a couple of days ago. It was written in June but I can't see any reference to it here.

    From what I have heard it will be undergoing beta testing in October with a view to a release by Christmas.

    Still very early days.
