Caspa Downloads not Unmetered

I have been suspecting that Caspa downloads have been coming off my monthly data cap. Last night I downloaded a 500 odd meg program and checked my current usage stats this morning . It was quite apparent that the download was not "unmetered"

I have phoned the helpdesk and was told that the problem would be fixed and the excess removed "at the end of the month".

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Interesting. Just yesterday I saw a geekzone forums post with several people saying that NONE of their Xtra internet traffic had been metered since the got a TiVoHD with Caspa. I don't have Caspa as I have TelstraClear cable.
