Tivo Setup Question

Just received my Tivo this afternoon.
I want to connect my Foxtel Satellite (not new digital).
What do I select from :
Antenna, Cable, Satellite, Satellite and Cable, and Satellite and Antenna

ive pasted this from the link on the bottom, hope it helps...

1. Signal Sources - Pick from Antenna, Cable, Satellite, Satellite and Cable, and Satellite and Antenna. Please note that using a VCR for Analogue TV or STB for Digital FTA is considered "Cable". There is no option available for Antenna and Cable (STB). If you want this you will have to select one of the others and add the second option manually the old (hard) way.

so i take it to mean
satellite > satellite foxtel only
satellite and cable > satellite and cable/STB/VCR
satellite and antenna > satellite and internal antenna if its a pal one

but im just a noob so what do i know lol
