Hello All
I am having trouble with the remote on my new TivoHD. Sometimes I have to press a button on the remote several times before the Tivo will register the button press. I have contacted Tivo Australia and they firstly sent me a replacement remote and now a replacement Tivo but the problem still persists. Is there a problem with the TivoHD in general? It seems unlikely that both Tivo's would have the same fault unless there is a general issue with the Tivo's.

I am not looking for a solution here just curious if anyone else has had the same problem.

The TivoHD is sitting next to my Series one Tivo and the series one works fine.
