cant reinitialise oztivo - guided setup

Hi

I have been running Tivo for some time and am not a newbie persay.

I need to run the guided setup for a new input device but tivo refused. I did a reset everthing and it did that ok but when i tell it to do a guided setup it says it is going to but just goes back to the menu.

I recall something about this feature being locked but cant remember how to get it to work.

anyone know please ?
