    got logos working yaeh!!!

finerly after lots of pissing around got em working heres how

Download the dbload30.tcl and logo-67.slice.gz and save locally. Open an FTP session to your TiVo and transfer the files to /var/tmp as a binary file. Then TELNET to your TiVo and type:

    chmod u+x dbload30.tcl

    ./dbload30.tcl logo-67.slice.gz

and the logo information slice will be loaded into your TiVo database. Now just type:

    sync

    reboot

and your logos should appear in tivoweb where you can manipulate and add others etc

hope it works for you's too

    Easier

dadnz, to get logos working for me I just pointed at 8000, forced a daily call, then went into the Logos page of Tivoweb and clicked 'automatically assign logos" (or whatever it is called) and logos all matched up perfectly.

    Perhaps I was just lucky.......

No it is designed to do this.

    Port 8000 carries logos.

And in the new system the logos are automatic, you wont even need to associate them.

Moreover they are New Zealand logos, unlike the 67 slice.

Yes, its too late for you now. Once you have manually loaded a logoslice you cannot move to the emulator on 8000.

You need to clear and delete everything and then rerun GS against the emulator to get setup correctly, if you intend to do this I suggest you wait until after the 1st March update.

You don't have to do anything. From a clean install, using port 8000, the logos just work on their own!

I apologise - it appears that it may not be as simple as just using port 8000. I have logos on my tivo (sky), but I just noticed that my flatmates tivo (FTA) has no logos. Which postcode number did you use?
