    Emulator IP changed

    Edit your tclient.conf file to point to 66.238.88.163. Reboot may be required, I have to reboot into NTSC to get phone menus with my image so it's a moot point in my world. I've made a sucessful test call with the new IP and all seems well. The main emulator thread has been updated with the new IP also. Apologies for the hassle, my webhost service moved to a new upstream provider.
