Oh well, Maybe some other time. Do you know who I can contact re suplementing the NZ program guide data with some material I can offer?

Well, perhaps DJC - I believe he's the man with the emulator on Orac - see this post - and this one too which talks about how we can update guide data... (although more manually that I think you may be suggesting...)
