Bust IR serial port

Having discovered the digital camera trick to check whether an IR blaster is working, I've discovered my new (replacement) TiVo doesn't appear to be sending IR signals through the IR serial port.

EDIT & CUT: I grabbed the latest OzTivo ISO and reimaged and it magically works. I'm sure it's not the new image, because that won't have changed the IR blaster software, but it works and I'm happy. Sorry for the false alarm.

Good to hear it is fixed.

If it happens again don't forget to check that the "eye" at the front of your TiVo is also not functional (or is) which also has an inbuilt IR blaster.

This will also narrow down either a fault on the rear port or something more common to both blasters.
