Need new IR reciever board !

Hi guys,
I am hoping that by posting here, I may get some help finding a replacment IR reciever board (and attached cable) for my series 1 Philips Tivo (Its the one on the front of the unit which is used for the remote control)
I have tried a couple places in the states, but with no luck.
The IR on my Tivo has been playing up for quite a while and it is very frustrating having to use Web remote on my PC to do anything on it.
I have tried replacing the cable from the board to the Tivo but this did not do anything.

Any help locating a new board would be very much appreciated.
