    Was guide data coming through for you previously?
    Is it affecting all channels?
    Does Network Settings show your last connection to tivo service was successful or failed?
    Some people seem to have success after rebooting their router (I'm guessing because they get a new IP address), try that if its easy.
    Which ISP are you using?

    None of that was my issue but aftet 24 hrs of nothing it came right!
