Installing Cache Card?

Just trying to install cachecard as default to a new image.

I have previously had this card working but only by networking with the default (turbonet) card first then swapping cards after using the method in http://minnie.tuhs.org/twiki/bin/vie...ourNetworkCard

This method does not seem to work with a new image with the hard drive still hooked into the PC.

What have I missed?

Can anyone assist me with this?

Update: solved problem by following this thread: http://forums.oztivo.net/showthread.php?p=1534#post1534

but did not copy nic files over as suggested just worked from the cd.
