    Daily call keep failing

    Hi,

    The daily call keeps failing, the status comes back as service unavailable. Internet is ok I am on Big Pond cable. Are there any known issues at the moment?

    I have tried a different ISP (Eftel) and the process still will not connect to the server. I can ping and resolve names so it is not a DNS issue Is there a log I can check to try to fix the problem, or a file I can check to see if the connection parameters are OK
