If a TIVO fails inside the warranty period where do you take it in Perth?

I bought from JB Hi-Fi in November/December 2010, do I take it back to JB Hi-Fi or who?

The TIVO site in Australia appears to have bugger all info regarding this situation that I can find.

Hybrid who I think represent TIVO in Australia doesn't seem to have anything about warranty on their site either.

'm concerned because I've seen a couple of posts in Forums that Tivo Support/Service isn't replying to emails
