Missing channels from Sydney file

I use the file located at http://xmltv.locost7.info/Sydney/OztivoSydney.zip. It doesn't seem to have GEM or Eleven. Does anyone know how to get more channels into it?

No idea, they are using our data but I have no idea who they are.

Whoops. Apologies! I've been using this for a while in my DVB WebScheduler set up. I shall research how to find another source / grabber. Thanks again for the help and your efforts in putting this all together.
