If it is the network card with the RAM memory slot, whether or not you actually have any memory installed in the slot, then it is called a CacheCard. Although you might want to mention if the card actually has memory in it or not so the potential buyer knows what they are getting.
If it is simply an ethernet card with nowhere to install a memory module then it is termed a Turbonet card, irrespective as to whether it is a genuine "Turbonet" or one of the clone variants.
