NFL on Ten HD

Hi All,

I am in Brisbane, and I like to record the NFL on TEN HD. I am finding that recording is starting 1 hour too early. i.e the guide says that the program starts at 3:00am, but it really starts at 4:00am. As a result I miss the last half hour of each game. This also happens with shows such as Monster Garage.

This has only been an issue since daylight saving started.

Any ideas ??

Hi,

It's a bit hard to check the issue as the shows you have given are not in the current schedule.

Please advise of a show that is an issue which is in the current schedule.

Hi Peter,

The shows in question are the 3:00am and 5:00am NFL shows on Ten HD which were on this morning. I have to record the following show or I miss the end of the game.

Basically if the guide show something I want to record at as 2:00pm, what I have to do is record the next show which is an hour later.

i.e Monster Garage 2:00pm actually starts at 3:00pm

Ok, missed it first time.

TenHD is uploaded by a bunch of people, and it looks like it might be a timezone issue with some of the shows.

I'll look into it.

Our guide for Tues shows 11:30am Duration 03:30 NFL: Week 8 - Tennessee Titans V Indianapolis Colts. This is the same as Ten's online guide I have checked.

Is this correct for Brisbane, and is this what is shown on your TiVo?

My Guide shows for Monday:

Giants vs Cowboys starting at 7:15am until 11:00am
Colts vs Patriots at 11:15am until 2:30pm

Tuesday's games:
Redskins vs Steelers at 11:30am until 2:35pm

Ok, thanks I can see what we have on our end, but I can't tell what is actually screened in Brisbane.

Since no one else has complained I want to be sure I am fixing the correct issue.

Can you please let me know what time one of the matches actually started this week, and what was the show that was actually shown before and after it.

It sounds like that either TenHD are showing things on the same stream in both Brisbane and Sydney ignoring daylight savings or inserting the NFL into a concurrent stream.

Hi Peter,

The problem is every show in the 10 HD guide is shown 1 hour earlier. It seems that 10 have adjusted their transmissions so the show is shown in Brisbane at the same advertised time as in the guide. i.e. there is no need to subtract 1 hour for the Brisbane schedule if a show starts at 1:15pm ESDT then it also starts in Brisbane at 1:15 EST i.e 1 hour later than in Sydney
