Downloading Stationday Files

I've been trying to download Stationday files from the OzTivo site but keep getting the following error:

The XML dump from tvguide.pl has gone away.

Please use the URL http://www.oztivo.net/tivo-bin/xmlguide.pl with no parameters to get the XML data for all of your stations for today onwards.

I've followed the instructions in the FAQs on the site but I keep getting this error, does anyone know what I may have done wrong?

Can you give an example of what you entering, so we can tell what is wrong.

Ok here's what I did, I logged into http://oztivo.net/twiki/bin/view/TVGuide/WebHome then went to http://www.oztivo.net/tivo-bin/tvguide.pl then clicked on the channel I wanted the data for then under the heading Stationday File I clicked "click to download" and then I got the error message I posted.

Ok, can you please let me know which channel you are trying to download as the few I have just tested work fine for me.

Do you have a username and password for our site?

Is this for a TiVo as there is a much easier way?

I was trying to download Ten-Qld and also Nine-Qld and yes I have a user name and password that is how I gain access to the guide. It is not for a Tivo, I want to download the Station day file for Nine or Ten Qld and edit them so I can then upload the edited Stationday file as Win-Qld and SC10-Qld. Any easy way of doing this would be great.

I have just tried them both in IE8 and Firefox3.01 and they work fine. What browser are you using?

What happens if you enter the following URL's into a browser:
Nine-Qld
Ten-Qld

Is this something you have been doing for a while, or just trying now for the first time?

I've tried using Firefox 3 and IE 7 and get the same error. I tried the 2 links in your post and got the same result, the error message I posted earlier. I'm just trying this for the first time I have never done this before. I'm wondering why it's just me that can't seem to download these files? I must be doing something wrong. I just tried the links on another PC with on my network and got the same result.

I just used my mates login details and it worked on both links there must be something wrong with my login?

Ok so now I have been able to get the daysdump file I can't open it with the Oztivo stationday editor, how do I do this? Disregard this I think I have worked it out.
