FTA BBC World Guide Data

Hi

Can the program data for BBC World channel on SKY be inserted into TV1 for the hours that TV1 carries BBC World. This would enable those of us who don't have SKY digital easier access to record BBC World.

This could be mapped from Sky (BBC World) for the hours it shows on TV1.
It's just a live feed.

Have you guys verified that the two feeds are identical? if so an augmenting module would be the ticket.

I have been recording BBC world programs by having a channel on my VCR tuned to TV1 but using ch 55. This does record the program required if it happens to be shown during the TV1 transmission time however I have to record all appearances of the required program and get whatever that TV 1 is showing at the time.
In my experience the Sky listings are correct for the TV1 BBC program times ...certainly better that that provided in the Guide for TV1 at present.

I guess the main problem is what to do with the partial programmes as the channel is switching into its satellite segment and then out of it again.
