mmm yep i believe that was my original problem, which i kinda made worse by resetting the program guide data/to do list.

im gonna leave it for a day or two and hope it fixes itself when it does...

ive got my tivo up and running really well, and ive been playing around with season passes and such (cant wait till the series that are just starting now get regular and stop showing 3-4...

my problem is the connector. its the bit that the uh, bits, go into. as is my pc/notebook/etc/etc!

so i think i just need an adaptor.. gonna zoom to dick smiths and hope they have one there :op

i believe i messed up and ordered a normal serial cable, so i need to know howto either a) change it into a null modem cable, b) where to purchase the adaptor from, or c) where id buy an actual null...
