Try letting it auto tune again or manually remove the dodgy channel.
Persevere with support, stay on the phone until you get to someone who can sort it, my fix and replacement took nearly 3 months
What is it with comedy central, is their published schedule part of the comedy? We seem to only get about a 10% accuracy score
