My TiVo HD has started glitching on sound and video, and I see from reading Darren?s web site that the solution is a clear and elite.
But the TiVo says I will need to redo guided set up after...
10.0.8 which is the latest version.
Charlie
I have one show I would like to burn to a DVD on my Mac. So that I can show
I have the TiVo network package, and Toast 10 but this doesn't let it happen.
On this page...
I might be able to help. Just need to dig out the old PC that I use for imaging
Give me a call on 0438 XXX XXX and we can try and sort out a time.

Hard to say, but here's a business model that could work, but somehow I doubt if they will have the imagination for it.
Leave OzTiVo alone, and let us continue supporting Series 1. I suspect many...
it's official, TiVo are going to launch in Australia and New Zealand in 2008

I'm lining up now to buy a...
Peter,
OK didn't twig to the idea of using the script part.
Have never been able to get tricky to work. Only ever tried it on a couple of TiVo's that were updated from V3. Never been a problem...
OK two things that have occurred to me.
It would be good to have a way from within TWP to run the update_oztivo command.
The second one is a way of moving files to the TiVo and expanding...
One thing that would be great to see in TWP is the ability to select a show and have it copy to/play on another TiVo.
I've got multiple TiVo's and it's a hassle going through each one seeing what...
Sounds like your ISP is not compatible with the TiVo.
Have you read the docs. over at OzTiVo that talk about this?
Charlie
Not sure why you are trying to do it this way.
You should just run through the guided set up exactly as the how to says, and it should all work fine for you.
Charlie
The slight delay is because the TiVo is writing the live program to hard disk, and then reading it back off to show you. The TiVo is always recording if it's switched on, not just the stuff you ask...
Pretty simply because most of the developers who have done the work, and continue to do the work that makes TiVo a possibility outside the USA, Canada and the UK, only use the mailing lists.
If...
It takes a few hours after the information loads for everything to appear in the appropriate places.
Give it at least 8 hours before panicking. If it's still not there, go and look at the TWIKI...
I'm fairly sure the card you are looking at potentialy building is much lower performance then the current versions. It was early in the development of network cards.
You might try asking about it...
a) Find a compatible ISP or use an ethernet adapter of some kind
Only if you want to connect over dial-up. (Also I'm working with another OzTiVo member who owns an ISP to set up a special account...
Smegger,
Now that's a clue.
You did select Cable as your input source didn't you as listed in step 1 (although it's not the clearest wording). I have always used this, but if you use something...
It might still be indexing, I would give it a bit more time yet.
Charlie
No, nothing physical, just the bit in guided set up.
Just to check, you can see a picture, it won't change channels?
Have you pluged the IR Blaster into the correct port, not the seriel one, on...
Yep got it in one
Charlie
Did you change the input options on the TiVo so it recognised the input coming from the STB?
Charlie
You can have the two inputs from a digital STB and austar at the same time, it just takes some hardware mods and some extra software programming to make it work. I'm sure there is something on Minnie...
I have one of my cable's coming out a hole just near the fan in the base. Don't have to remove the MB to use this one.
The other one comes out a hole near the fan on the back, where I cut one of...
How about you or micknews create two answers in the FAQ section of the TWIKI (this is where we try and keep the answers to questions that lots of people are likely to want).
Both of these things...
