What encoding is used for the sound? Will it work if the TiVo is set for NZ?
TiVoweb is a web server running on the TiVo. Originally written for Series 1 TiVos it gives access from a browser to many functions including remote record setup, season pass, now playing list, view...
TiVo web partially works on the S3 but you will need to get David Keegel to enable your TiVo to run it.
The Series 1 guide data from Orac is still good with just over a weeks worth as of today. Is it possible to use it in the interim Spong?
I have got Orac running locally for my two TiVos and I email Ray the slices he needs three times a week. Ray then uses a manual load process to keep his two machines running. There were two more...
As per my last comment this thread is about the server that was used for producing the NZ series 1 TiVo guide data not the HDTiVo. The two guide databases have no connection.
I suggest you start a...
This thread is about the server that was used for producing the NZ series 1 TiVo guide data not the HDTiVo which I suspect you have Steve.
The guide data is produced from TV listings from the broadcaters and as these are produced in advance they don't reflect what is happening in real time. If you want to be certain to get all of any...
Yes that is my thought as well.
At present I am working on getting Orac working on my network. My thinking is that it could be coaxed onto another more modern machine and run locally by those that...
I have picked up ORAC . It should be easily run locally but as I don't have a fixed IP not easy for remote data downloads.. I am open to any suggestions for hosting if possible.
Hardware wise Orac...
I am two of the six so who are the other 4?
Whilst I will be sad to see it go the end was inevitable.
Many, many thanks to Wibble and all of the others that have made the S1 TiVos the success...
Thanks Darren. :-)
Interesting... Does anyone know what ticketmaster does? Presumably it was disabled in the update just before the official TiVo shutdown.
There is guide data for the few of us that still have the series 1 TiVos. At present a weeks worth. It seems the source(s) of this data are different and, maybe, more reliable than the HD data...
A quick check shows guide data up to Mon 10/12. :-)
If there is a lack of EPG , or other related problems, it pays to do a manual connection and watch the messages as it connects and downloads. Anything out of the ordinary may be an indication of the...
With the series 1 TiVo there were a number of hacks developed to enhance the TiVo. How many of these are possible / already on the TiVoHD?
We already have 30 second skip and endpad so I suspect...
I hadn't checked Prime. No doubt also from the SkyTv xml source..
Does anyone know who was providing the SkyTV xml listings for S1 TiVos? pm me if you prefer.
No I am referring to Series 1 TiVo Sky listings.
Ray. Maybe we are the last? The source for Sky data has gone apparently. :-(
The data for SkyTV has run out yesterday. Looks like a prod is needed.
I have just noticed TV3 has no listings. TV3 +1 is ok however.
Listings are back from 6am Saturday.
Many thanks to whoever cured this..... Note: Can you please Pm me....
TV1 has had missing data for at least the last two days. TV1+1 listings, however, appear to be fine.
Who is providing/maintaining the guide data for NZ for HD TiVo or is it a subset of the Series 1 data?
Although generally good with 7 days of data it is missing any new channels. As I am also an S1...
