Tivo IR Format

From the OzTivo IR database I have found the IR codes for TiVo to control a STU-120 foxtel decoder box

I am trying to use this data to create a LIRC config file so that my myth box can control my set-top box through LIRC. (There is a config file floating around in myth-land but it doesn't seem to work)

Two questions:
- Can anyone tell me, or point me somewhere that can tell me, what the values in the IR string above mean? (and from that I'll try to reverse engineer a lirc config file)
- I found the excel spreadsheet that converted from lirc config to the tivo equivalent, but is there a spreadsheet that can auto-magically convert tivo values into lirc values? (if not I'll endeavour to make one)
