IR codes for Topfield TF4000T

After the success of my own TiVo (with Foxtel) I have brought one back for my father. Unfortunately I bought the Topfield STB to drive it before I noticed that it is not one of the standard STBs supported. Following the info in the note on using Pronto codes I headed out to build an appropriate set of IR codes before handing the box over to my father (FTA only). I have not had a great deal of luck finding the appropriate IR codes for the Topfield boxes (www.topfield-australia.com) and wondered if anyone else had managed to get this STB to drive the Tivo.
