What's the story with CASPA On Demand

OK, so I'm a luddite when it comes to technology buy I'm intrigued about CASPA.
I bought my TiVo about 2 months ago and overall (except for some quirky stuff like dropping OneHD etc) I'm happy with the purchase.

My question has to do with the movies on CASPA. They have a New Releases section that has been exactly the same now for the full 2 months. If a video store updated their movies this slowly they'd be finished in weeks.

Does anyone know why CASPA NEVER GETS NEW MOVIES?

I think Hybrid are in a bit of trouble, they are now running on a skeleton staff so we are not sure what is going to happen with CASPA going forward.
