Can't connect with Web Server

I can't connect to my web server. Has been a problem since I first installed my Tivo, although I somehow gained access to it a few times, but everytime I disconnect my network I have difficulty accessing it again.
At the moment I can't access it at all. I can only use Telnet.
Any suggestions? (I have a router set up with 5 computers).

Have you done the live software update via the update_oztivo -y command?

By web server, do you mean TiVoWeb(Plus) on your TiVo or an actual websever on your network.
