Frequency for Strong SRT4653x

Hi Guys,

I've been using the irSliceCreator tool to try and program the Tivo to work with my Strong SRT4653x and have been so far unsuccessful. The Tivo will pick up the Strongs remote no prob's but will not work with the testing. I've tried all the frequencies listed in option 2 as will as the frequency 38. I also cannot access the IR database, it keeps asking me for a user name and password.

Am I in the right forum??

Any ideas?
