Grey screen while changing channels

Has anyone else noticed a change in functionality when changing channels?

Admittedly I am now using a different unit, but the only change has been the oztivo upgrade.

Now, for the second or so that it takes TiVo to think about a channel change, the screen is light grey.

Not the end of the world, just new.

I don't get that..as I change, I get a brief flash of the guide (momentary) then it goes straight to the next channel perfectly.

I believe it has something to do with the video settings, go into video then settings and play around with the different resolutions.

But like I said, not something I'm that worried about.

BUT, the new 30 second forward skip rocks!

In the video settings, there is a spot to change from grey banners (if in 4x3 mode etc) or black borders.

Perhaps try the black, as that is what mine is set to.

Thanks south22. I had a play, but nothing seem to change. I'm happy to just leave it.

Brilliant, it was the letterbox colour! Mine was grey, but obviously has always been black in the past.
