Help! weird LOADGUIDE crash..

Hi there, after getting fed up with the random pausing on playback even after re-imaging 4 times I decided to bite the bullet and get a new harddrive.. I got a new Seagate Barracuda 120G drive, imaged it and set the tivo up.. everything went fine until I try to run Loadguide:

Filesystem assert: this->CheckSchema() == 0x00000000 at object.C line 390 in DbObject::DbObject(class DbFile *, struct DbObjectHeader *)
Filesystem flagged as inconsistent!
Tmk Assertion Failure: this->CheckSchema() == 0x00000000

Tmk Fatal Error: Thread tivosh <186> died due to signal -2

I've now imaged the drive twice with exactly the same result, this is using the same CD I used for my 80G drive (which never had this issue).. Can anybody help me understand what this error means? Thanks!!

Aha.. Yes, I had the same this morning (I run Loadguide as a cron job each morning at 1:10am).

So I suspect you're correct.

I thought I had a problem with my tivo (damn, shouldnt have posted to the mailing list). :)


Mine which looks basically the same as yours.

Don't stress out too much, there's still plenty of data available for most channels (up to May 5th).

I was mean't to say, yes, it looks like possibly a bad slice.
