Hard Drive WinMFS Issues

Hi Everyone Im having issues with my Tivo where i made an Image of a Tivo series 3 Hard drive after id modified it with the linux USB stick and then wrote it back to a 1.5TB hard drive with winMFS and expanded it out. When i boot up the Tivo i evetually get in and it says there is a hardware problem and i wont be able to record. If i do a reset and reboot it just gets stuck on the welcome powering up screen. Has anyone got a verified good image they could share with me? This is really becoming quite frustrating!

OK so i missed the part where if youare using a WD Green drive you need to use wdidle3.exe to disable the idle timer
