Station description

Is there a page or can the User Preferences be updated to show descriptions of channel names as some times its not all together obvious what the channels are.
Also can channel Icons be also uploaded to and even better be configured in the XMLTV format or manually downloaded etc..

Sorry, I don't quite get what you are asking. Could you re-phrase it?

Alternatively, the TV guide has it own mailing list for questions tvguide@tuhs.org

eg how do I find out what channel H&L is or which of these channels are Canberra channels?
In the preferences page I can select from a long list of channels how ?
I have some pay tv channels how do I match these up with the codes in the list?
I'm assuming there is also a description of these channel codes
eg
Which should I use SC10-NSW or Ten-Can?

Also is there a online Page to view the mailing list? or subscription info somewhere?

Hold down the Ctrl and click each station until you have all the stations you want. Then press "Submit your new preferences" to record your choices.

They are all listed in the stations.list

It depends on what stations your TiVo is set to receive.

You can see which channels you have in /customise channels/channels you receive/ in the setup section of your TiVo.
