Yes I've tried everything you've suggested except taking out the hard drive.
Just a bit scared to take it out, is it the same process as taking out a pc hd?
So to clarify, you removed everything from switch2 except the PC and the TiVo?
Whatever the problem is, it's unlikely removing the drive will help.

In your ftp program make sure it only uses 1 connection/thread at a time to the Tivo.Quote:
