Ok, port 37 is one of the standard time port used for NTP calls across the internet.
This port needs to be open for the TiVo to make it's daily calls.
I'm glad you have it working, but both last night & now I have tested the call myself using the same server that is failing for you, and it worked fine.

This will probably not matter for daily calls as it rotates the servers, but you still have some issues with either your router or ISP. It should not be failing this call.
