can anyone tell me how to change C4

hi.
i just recently got my tivo back up and running after nearly 3 years - i canned skyTV - but now back on sky and loving my tivo.
- can anyone tell me how to change C4 - it's just moved to sky12 i believe...

I've had a look at my second TiVo which uses Sky, and C4 already seems to be on Channel 12. I set it up about 6 months ago and I haven't received notification of change since then.
I thought changes in channel lineups were rolled out to TiVos automatically.
Perhaps the old version of the software you are running can't pick up the change.
